The Tibetan government-in-exile, officially called the Central Tibetan Administration, operates from Dharamshala in Himachal Pradesh. From there, the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan leadership continue to represent Tibetan interests peacefully at the international level. Our government gives honour to Dalai Lama as head of the state of Tibet.
We always support the independence of Tibet and this issue is one of the conflicting issues between Indo-China bilateral relations.
